Terms
and Conditions:
Period of Employment: Initially 2 years on unlimited contract basis subject to visa renewal every 2 years, Probation period: 6 months, Legal working Hours and days: Maximum of 48 hours per week over a roster cycle, shift applicable, overtime Allowance: The employee shall be entitled to overtime whenever overtime work is done pursuant to the UAE Local Labor Law, Compulsory working hours: Maximum of 48 hours per week over a roster cycle, Accommodation & Transport to: To be provided by Employer work place and accommodation, Food: not Provided, Others: As per UAE law. Private medical insurance care and treatment and local transportation ( where applicable) shall be provided by the Employer, Air ticket,: Free one way air ticket (Economy) cost from the point of origin ( Colombo) to the site of Employment ( UAE) and annual return air ticket, Annual leaves: 40 Calendar days inclusive of public holidays for shift and 22 working days for non-shift workers
