Warranty Team Leader

Roles and Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Warranty team leader is Responsible for processing claims. The Warranty team leader oversees the warranty process.

Provides oversight to warranty technicians and processing of warranty claims.

Oversees the coordination of warranty information.

Reviews and presents reports to senior leadership.

Getting repair Information from Technical Dept.

Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources

Evaluating Information

Identifying information by categorizing, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting errors.

Processing Data

Compiling, coding, categorizing, as per Samsung guidelines and submit to warranty system.

Effective Communication with Samsung & within the company.

Providing more information where required to Samsung  by telephone, e-mail, or in person.

Communicating with supervisors, co-workers & subordinates regarding claims related topics.

Resolving Conflicts in claims and Negotiating with Samsung

Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with Samsung.

Support management for Making Decisions and Solving Problems

Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and suggest management to solve problems

Monitor Processes

Analyzing

Analyzes measurements of support activities, trend analysis and process effectiveness

Proficiency in using Excel is a must.

Basic mobiles technical background.

Basic Salary SR 2,500 - 3,000

(Rs. 87,500 - 105,000)
