Building Services Engineer (Maintenance)

Building Services Engineer will  mainly manage the operations and maintenance of the specialist MEP (systems as access control, BMS, fire alarm, CCTV, master clock, UPS, lifts, FM200).
2.    Have thorough knowledge of sub-contracting procedures
  1. Monitor and measure all outputs of the Estates specialist MEP systems Planned, Corrective and Reactive Maintenance
AED 18,000 – 21,000/- (Rs.648,000 – 756,000) plus annual ticket benefit  and medical for employee, spouse and up to two children under age of 18 years.

Senior Electrical Technician / Supervisor
Electrical Technician will be qualified and experienced in electrical engineering and understanding of maintenance of Electrical/ MEP systems.
2.     Excellent command of English language (written and oral)

AED 4,700 – 6,000/- (Rs.169,200 – 216,000)

Carpenters - Furniture and Fixture
AED 1760 (Rs. 63,30) +company accommodation, transport, food & medical provided.
