Terms and Conditions
Period of Employment: Initially 2 years on unlimited basis. Probation period: 6 months, Legal working hours and days: Not more than 48 hours per week, Overtime Allowance: The employee shall be entitled to overtime payment whenever overtime work is done pursuant to the UAE Local Labour Law, Compulsory working hours: Maximum of 48 hours per week over a roster cycle, Accommodation and Transport to work place and accommodation to be provided by the employer, Food: Food allowance AED 250/month in addition to above salary and free one duty meal will be provided, Others: Private medical insurance care and treatment as per UAE Law and local transportation (where applicable) shall be provided by the Employer, Air Ticket: Free one way air ticket (Economy) cost from the point of origin (Colombo) to the site of Employment (UAE) and return air ticket upon completion of contract period, Annual Leave: 40 Calendar days inclusive of public holidays for shift workers and 22 working days for non-shift workers.
